NASA Connecticut Space Grant Consortium
The NASA Connecticut Space Grant Consortium Community College Scholarship is open to STEM students at one of the Consortium Member Community College Institutions who have a strong academic record. The NCCPA Foundation Scholarships offer three levels of scholarships: Community College, Undergraduate, and Graduate. NMU Presidential Scholars Competition
The NMU Presidential Scholars Competition is an amazing opportunity for incoming freshmen and transfers to Northern Michigan University (NMU) to earn money towards their educational expenses. Applicants must be current high school seniors or transfers who have applied and been admitted as degree-seeking students at NMU for the upcoming Fall semester. To be considered, applicants must hold at least a 3.5 GPA and apply by the competition registration deadline, then be willing to take part in an interview with the program committee. Each year, 15 applicants are awarded a full-ride scholarship through the program, and an additional 200 students earn between $1,000 and $3,000 toward their tuition. New Jersey Governor's Industry Vocations Scholarship for Women & Minorities

The scholarship is open to students from community colleges, junior colleges, city colleges, or similar two-year educational institutions who will transfer as geography majors to four-year colleges and universities. The American Association of Geographers offers the program Darrel Hess, author of McKnight’s Physical Geography: A Landscape Appreciation, funds it. Since 2000, the foundation has awarded more than $222 million in scholarships. The Jack Kent Cooke Undergraduate Scholarship typically accepts applications from early October through early January of each year.

Alliant Energy Innovation Scholarship
Are you or a parent a current customer of Alliant Energy? Further, are you a high school graduate planning on attending a college or university in Iowa or Wisconsin? If so, you may be eligible for the Alliant Energy Innovation Scholarship!
The scholarship is offered by Alliant Energy, a public utility holding company based in Madison, Wisconsin. They are dedicated to providing high-quality energy solutions to their customers and communities. Thus, they strive to encourage innovation and problem-solving for the next generation. Every year, they are happy to offer up to 25 recipients an award of $1,000 to offset their tuition costs and student loans.

Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Scholarships
Have you spent time volunteering for disabled veterans? If so, consider applying for the DAV Scholarships! The scholarship is open to students 21 and younger who have volunteered for at least 100 hours in service to veterans. These hours must have been accumulated at a VA medical center, under DAV’s Volunteer for Veterans Program, or through the Local Veterans Assistance Program (LVAP).
The DAV Scholarships are offered by Disabled American Veterans (DAV), a nonprofit charity organization that supports veterans and their families by providing funds, employment, and other resources. Each year, the scholarship selects multiple lucky recipients to earn up to $30,000 each to go towards their tuition.

Michael A. Hunter Memorial Scholarship
Are you a current or incoming college student who is a Leukemia/Lymphoma survivor? If so, consider applying for the Michael A. Hunter Memorial Scholarship. The scholarship is open to students who are Leukemia/Lymphoma patients or survivors or who are children of non-surviving Leukemia/Lymphoma patients. The scholarship is offered by the Orange County Community Foundation, a nonprofit organization based in Newport Beach, California. The foundation works with more than 600 charitable funds that benefit a wide range of causes, including providing support to Leukemia patients and their families. With the scholarship, they aim to improve the quality of life for those affected by Leukemia and support their educational goals. Recipients can earn up to $5,000 every year to help offset tuition costs.
